The EU code of conduct for data centers 1.0 was launched on 20th Nov 2008. The CoC was being developed over the last two years with inputs from vendors and data center owners.
The best practices Checklist is a great collection of practices that helps in running an energy efficient data center.

So is it a regulation for all EU Zone DCs?
